Happy Friday!

Hey lovelies! Did you notice the little change? My little blog is no longer An Unstyled Life. It's now A Southern Styled Life. I've been thinking about what I want my little blog to be, and I knew I wanted to keep it as a lifestyle blog. After talking with my girl Michelle, she reminded me that my lifestyle is Southern. That's it, nothing else. I am all about the Southern Lifestyle. The South is not only where I was born and bred, it's a part of me. It runs deep in my roots. Being from the south has shaped me into who I am today, and it's shaping my daughter into who she will be. I love everything about the south, the food, the music, the fashion, the manners and beliefs, everything. So why shouldn't this blog, which is such a large part of my life, reflect what's special to me?

Now, if I haven't lost you yet, let me just say, I'm going to continue to blog about the types of things I have been blogging about, I'm just going to mix some southern flare into the mix. Southern recipes, southern inspired fashion, southern sayings and mannerisms. More me, if you will. So, if you're sticking with me through this new southern ride, grab a glass of sweet tea, and take a seat in the rocking chair beside me!
